Ola Cabs — Free 2nd autoride | |||||
I had received a sms stating my 2nd auto ride would free on 21st july 2016. Based on that message i had booked my 2nd auto ride on same day (21st july 2016). But after the ride auto driver said i need to pay rs. 244. When i checked it with ola cabs chennai customer care, they simply said i will be getting rs. 50 as money back, hence i need pay for the ride. When i kept asking then why it was mentioned as free ride, if it is just going rs. 50 money back. But i haven't received any proper feedback from ola cabs. I am using ola cabs almost every day and such behavior and misleading information looks nasty on ola side. Was this information helpful? | |||||
