Book now.http://bit.ly/1olacabs TCA" is the SMS I text yesterday. I took up an auto ride after calling up and confirming the above information with Ola customer care. Both the girls told that the 1st ride is 100% free. On that very note, I took up a ride. At my destination, I was asked to pay 390 rupees(after taking the 50 rupees from my wallet) I called up the customer care again. She told that the info provided by them wasn't true n also to pay the money. I told that it isn't fake just because I received a SMS yesterday conveying the information. She regretted for the issue and asked me to pay the amount with 50 off for the ride (whole ride is meant to be free😏) She gave me a word that she'll lodge a complaint regarding the issue. I need my 290+50(from wallet) back within 2 days.
