Ola Cabs — Frequent cancellations | |||
I have been having disgusting experiences in using the ola cab. Out of 5 booking i make, the cancellations are 3. Off late the drivers take over 20 minutes time to intimate to me that they do not turn-up. When i call to them to check about non-reporting, drivers cooley advise me to cancel the cab, which is very late. There is one instance where i paid the same cab guy double the amount billed amount and went for the ride (Off course the driver directed me that that i should not inform the company about it as this is the favor he is doing it to me). There are so many times, where i missed the trains and missed the meetings as i was late by over 45 minutes. The ola cab is completely not dependable and at times i feel like filing a suit before consumer court claiming the compensation!!! Please think before using the ola cabs as i guess many of you also may have the identical experiences Was this information helpful? | |||

Every driver is giving an excuse that mobile is switched off i cant come, without cancelling the booked cab cancelled automatically by driver, i will not able to come due to traffic and dont want to come due to traffic. I had booked 7 cabs and every driver is giving me useless reasons. Thirdclass service
