Ola Cabs — High handedness in conduct of business | |||||
I am or at least was, a ola customer. Presently my account with ola cabs, has a balance amount of rs 2325. Ola has decided to suspend my account, through no fault of mine. As such, my money is stuck in the account and there's no way i am able to retrieve it. Such is the way these cheapskates are apparently conducting 'business'. Despite repeated calls and mails from my end, i have received no concrete reply as to how to retrieve my money from them. If this is the face of digital and cashless india, it's really sad and disturbing. A consumer being harassed in this manner is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. It's my money which these swindlers have swindled. Please help me out. I have lodged a complaint with them as well, the complaint number being 259520. Looking forward to speedy help.
