I took a ride from Bhiwandi to Worli and while booking the app showed 650 with 15% reduction in prices. When I got the bill summary it was 946. When I called customer care I'm 1st Feb the lady said money will be refunded. On 6th Feb I was told that charged are correct that too when I called. It is not about 300 RS extra charge but about unethical business practices.

I am a senior citizen and a retired Govt. Employee aged 74 years. I booked an Ola Cab on 9 th May 23 with CRN NO [protected].I paid the cab driver through G Pay with transaction ID NO[protected]. Ola cabs is harassing me with their continuous phone calls day and night to clear my dues for the said trip. I do not have an Ola money account and I never paid through Ola money account. I gave a complaint to the Police Commissioner, Hyderabad and CEO OLA cabs. Please think twice before booking an Ola cab.
