Ola Cabs — High price taken for a cab ride

I travelled from delhi to gurgaon on saturday 16.4.16. Basic cost was 534 rs and 600 rs extra was taken for peak hours...So paid around 1200 for the ola ride, the call center was unable to give the break up of how 600 rs extra was calculated, is it according to government regulations that 600 rs was charged for peak hours? We were at a fix for this odd even, totally heart pressed with this kind of rules private taxi companies are making and looting the public... Don't send the taxi if you can't fulfil the requirements... Totally saddened by the way ola charged me more than the fare on the ride for 38km...
