Ola Cabs — I have applied the rs 500 voucher but still I have to pay the full amount

On 5 august 2016 i have taken a ride of luxury car from r k puram to green park market and my bill was rs.380 but I have applied a voucher of rs 500 and when I have called ola support they told me none voucher was applied and you have to pay full amount to driver ao i have paid the amount to driver .so I will suggest all to not to use ola kindly use uber it is better that ola in money and all kindly of faculty.
