Ola Cabs — Incorrect cancellation charges levied

For ride id osn[protected], i had ordered a ride but driver denied to accept my order. This is the reason for me cancelling the ride. However i have been charged with a 25rs fine which is completely unjust.
I had a full phone call with the driver wherein i repeatedly asked him should i cancel the drive, should i cancel the request.
He wrongly informed me of his location as device was showing him 5 mins away from my location (Saket) but he informed me that he was stuck in traffic in malviya nagar. He also misinformed that he is able to see my location on main road and from there he can pick me up. I asked him to confirm if he wants me to cancel my ride which he did. Still i was charged wrongly with a fine.
