Ola Cabs — Irresponsible Customer Service | |||
I had booked a cab for ride later. At last minute, the driver called and said that he can't come as the picking destination is more than 5 km from the picking location. So, I called the customer service and complained. So, the customer care said that he will personally book the cab and confirmed with the driver. Again, messaged me the driver details. So, I called the driver and he said the same thing as the first aloted driver that the destination is far from the picking location. Once again, I called the customer care to complaint and requested to talk to higher officials but he kept he phone for hold around 10 minutes and no one responded. I called customer care again and complaint. They last time when, I called the customer care said that there are no higher officials to control them. Just imagine, If a girl booked their cab service at night and they repeat the same mistake. So, irresponsible their service and their customer care.
