I travelled from Bandra Terminus to Churchgate on 14th July 2015.
I was charged as below:
First 4 km:₹100.0
Rate for 16.24 km:₹178.64
Free ride time (5 min)₹0.0
Ride time charge for 65 min:₹65.0
Toll Charges₹60
Service Tax₹18.23
(Included in total fare)
Total Rs 404
The issue so happened that:
The Toll charges are paid by me as the Driver Alok Tiwari said that his toll card will not work in Worli Sea Link. I was charged Rs 60 twice, once during the toll and then by the driver in the bill.
And in my App (It shows 55 mins as the travel time, which is 55 mins as the driver picked me up at 1:40 pm at Bandra Terminus and dropped me at 2:35 pm at Churchgate). I was charged for a ride time of 65 mins. So i should have been charged for 50 mins ride that is Rs 50 instead of Rs 65.
So overall i have been cheated of Rs 75. (Rs 60 in the Toll & Rs 15 in the ride time).
I really loved Ola when i travelled for the first time but this time it wasn't a good experience at all. The Driver gave a pickup time of 1:04 and came at 1:40, i had to wait for 36 mins (I also have a sms of Ola asking an apology for the punctuality of the driver and lets make the ride a happy one). I thought it would get over there but when i came to know i am cheated i am actually not happy about this.
Have mailed at support Id and reminded but haven't received a reply to it so posting here in the hope to get something.
