Ola Cabs — Last Minute Cancelled | |||
I booked an OLA cab for 27th morning for 4:30 AM. They confirmed my booking and also sent a CRN. On 27th morning, they sent a message at 4:30 AM that there is no OLA cab available near to my place. I had to catch a train at 6:00 AM and was in real trouble due to OLA. I want to ask from them that why they initially confirm the booking and then cancel at the last minute. It would be better to confirm the booking after looking whether it would be possible or not to have your cab in the area of booking at that time. If you want to take some time for this confirmation, you should. But you should not led a person into trouble by cancellation at last minute. . Was this information helpful? | |||
