Ola Cabs — Longer route opted by ola cab driver | |||
My wife and daughter booked ola cab via ola app from my phone. Vehicle reached at model colony. Destination was 8 km apart from the this place. Where as even after multiple requests driver did not agree to opt shortest / regular route and kept on driving on longer route which was 22 km route. Wife ask him to stop the vehicle but he continued from unsafe route. This is totally not acceptable behavior of cab driver. We rated to ola cab but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
