Ola Cabs — Misbehaviour of Driver | |||
My father a senior citizen, used Ola Cab today and the behaviour of the driver was bad. He was behaving like a ruffian and his favourite tool was shouting. More over the car was fairly in a rundown condition. The fare structure of Ola is also fairly confusing. And it goes something like this a. First 4 Km Rs 80 b. After that Rs 10 per Km c. Since it is a peak hour there is a 50% mark-up on the fair d. you would be charged Rs 1 per minute you would be using the cab e. Since you called the cab over telephone there is a convenience charge f. The cab reaches the pick-up point late, but there is a waiting charge as the cab was stuck in traffic g. There is a tax component in the fair but we can't give you a bill. Please call the call centre and reconfirm the bill amount. Condition of the Car : very very basic ( see nothing which calls for surcharge over surchare) Behaviour of the driver ... ill-mannered, shouts, and body language is intimidating.
