Ola Cabs — Misleading and fraud

I have booked the ola cab by email [protected]@gmail.Com and my contact number is [protected]. I had booked my last ride from shimla to mashobra. Five times driver has cancelled my ride with following reasons

1) when i got a call he asked me he is so far so cancelled your ride and book new ride. I denied him for cancellations

2) another driver asked me this is not ola cab this is only our agreement with ola company. We will charge at our local taxi charges which is 600 and my ride estimate charges was 250-290 my mini

3) i wait there for more then one hour and 5 times misleading done by drivers and my family my children waiting and believing on ola cab but no driver is ready to pick up us


This was our first bad experience to book ola ride and i never ever ask my friend and realative to book any ola ride

My family suffer and wait on road for more then one hour.


I request to complaint commission to book serious charges for misleading and i say fraud company which play with the common customer
