Ola Cabs — Money deducted and fake mail

This is regarding Ola's irresponsible behavior. On friday 0ct 16th 2015, I boarded a cab from balewadi till bibwewadi. To bring to your notice, the driver assigned to me said the device he is carrying is off because of low battery and hence he said he could not" start the ride". He assured me Ola will take care of it.Though I was doubtful I trusted Ola for the same.The driver suggested me a longer route(I was unaware of the distance difference) and so the ride started.At the end of the ride I received 2 messages from Ola for the same ride and driver insisted me to pay the same.He even called the Ola office and confirmed the same.The invoice amount was 830 Rs. which I paid (obviously shocked and irritated I was).Now today morning I checked a mail from Ola saying they waived off the amount since there was some error from their side(which I appreciate).But there has never been a money refunded nor is there any mail/approach to do the same. I do no understand what is the mail for? Ola, kindly take this matter into consideration. I have been a regular customer to Ola but after the incidence on Friday, I doubt if I would continue to be one. I want an answer for my money, where has it gone...?
