Ola Cabs — Neither providing service nor refunding my wallet money back

I have ~3000 Rs. in Ola money wallet. Because of some technical issues from Ola, I am not able to login to Ola account from any device. I have been asking them to look into the issue for about a month now, but there is no response from their end and now they also refused to give back my money.
