Ola being an Indian company must understand the demography of the population. While senior management promised an inclusive customer service, there is no option for senior citizens to book, unless they use an app.
Ola also refuses to re-book cab themselves even if the booking is cancelled by Ola for any reason and forces customer to book through app, even if customer has no option to connect to internet to use the app and even if it is an emergency like reaching train stations or airports or hospitals.
This is particularly painful for helpless senior citizens who cannot rush out or arrange an alternate transport if Ola cancels the cab from their side and refuses to re-book insisting to use the app. Was this information helpful? |
