Booked cab for 7:30pm on 14th Feb. Had the worst experince ever. The cab
Never came. After waiting for 15 minutes when we called the customer service they informed us then that there will be a delay of half an hour i.e... it would reach only after 8. On asking them to arrange some other cab which was near our pick up location, they agreed but that too did not come. The worst part is, on calling the customer service again to check the status, they informed us about delay of another half an hour which means the cab would not reach before 8:3 0. And we had to catch a train at 8:45. These ola guys never informed us either through sms or call about any sort of delay. Only when we called them they updated us and asked us to make our own arrangement when we were left with only half an hour's time. Looks like they had not assigned the booking no: to any cab driver and were simply bluffing us citing reasons for the delay. Was this information helpful? |
