Ola Cabs — Non availability of cab service through landline or ordinary mobile phone | |||
Today we tried to book an Ola Indica Cab through our mobile phone but the customer care told us that it is not possible to book a cab through call centre without a smart phone app. or it should be booked through ola cab website. What would people who do not have access to smart phone or internet connection do? Does this mean that everyone should be techno-savvy to travel by Ola Cabs. What would the others do?
