Ola Cabs — Non service during holidays

I booked ola cabs on 31.7.2016 from mugalivakkam, chennai when i was in chennai and the cab got cancelled on the wish of the drivers who refused to pick up and informed the cab admin that the cab is cancelled by the client. Similarly i booked ola cab on 7th august from new perungalathur (Chennai) to central station, the driver refused to come and got the cab cancelled on his own. This happened twice and i had to arrange for a private operator for a heavy amount so as to catch the train. Though you operate the cab in other working days, the drivers are not taking up trips on holidays thus giving difficulties and inconveniences to the client.
