I had registered a complaint against the driver. I was told that your complaint would be resolved within 24 hrs, but it has been now 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from ola cabs
We were two passengers travelling on the same cab. We had called ola cab helpline 33553355. They apologized for this and asked us to divide the taxi fare. As only one bill could be generated for this, so ola cab cancelled my booking and generated the bill on the name of other passenger. But when we reached the airport the driver refused for this and took the money and didn't even gave us the balance money and simply ran away.
As we were already getting late for our flight, I could not catch him. I had again called ola helpline and told about the whole incidence.
But no action was taken by ola cabs.
This was not expected from such a reputed taxi service like ola cabs. Was this information helpful? |
