Hello Team, I have booked the ola auto today morning in chennai(Velachery) and the driver name was Manohar D and auto number was TN22BQ7956. After booking the auto man has came to the place we were on the way to that place, he had gave missed call thrice and once we reach within 5minutes after we have booked, the auto man was about to leave from that place as when we about to enquire that we have booked the auto he harshly replied like “How long can I wait and I was waiting for about 15 minutes. So I cancelled the auto request like that.” I never expected such a behavior from your staff. I hope you will consider this seriously and take appropriate action.
