I think so i have now given up and decided to complain about ola. They are no longer a better service company. I had made booking for myself on july 11 2016 at 6 pm for cab required at 8pm. I was suppose to catch train to go out of station. Unfortunately i am on verge of missing my train thanks to this disgusting service of ola. Not sure who is responsible. I received ride confirmation as 6:35 pm for crn[protected]. I was expecting driver to pick me up but as usual ola cab driver cancelled the booking at 8 pm and made me scrambled to run on last moment. This is now started to happen as a trend and see no point in booking ola. Another instance my wife had booked ola few days back and after waiting for half an hour for driver she cancelled the booking result of that she was fined for cancelling the booking. My question when driver cancels the booking who is responsible for payments and mental trauma that we get into. I decided to stay from such service which is not reliable and trust worthy Was this information helpful? |
