Hello Folks, I would like to share my complaint registered with OLA in which one of their cabs was involved in an accident and their shocking and irresponsible reply.
Please share this further if you feel it fit to be shared further with your friends and general public.
I am writing to express my disappointment & displeasure of highest degree at your services and customer support.
I had registered a complaint on the 17th June'15 stating that your OLA cab bumped into my stationary car with a great impact from rear.
The impact was so strong that my vehicle in turn bumped into the vehicle right in front of me.
There has been considerable damage to my vehicle and the vehicle in front of me for which I hold yourselves responsible.
On the very first day I was told that the driver would reach out to me to settle and resolve the issue which hasn't happened as yet. In fact he is
not acknowledging our calls anymore.
Every time I call yourselves I am subjected to the standard script of 'Sorry for the inconvenience' which adds to the frustration.
What further adds to my frustration is that on each occasion I am asked to contact the driver directly which I fail to understand. Please understand that
it is not my responsibility to contact the driver but it is yours to take action against your reckless drivers and address my concerns.
On one occasion the agent I spoke to conferenced the driver who then on call promised that he would visit us but then again it has been over 5 days now.
Yesterday when I called yourself again and the agent tried conferencing the driver a couple of times but the driver did not answer the call wish doesn't
paint a very good picture of your internal co-ordination.
While speaking to one of your 'Floor Coach' I was very categorically told to much of my surprise 'OLA is not responsible for it's drivers'
and was asked to contact the driver again to resolve this issue.
I was abruptly told by the same floor coach yesterday to file a police complaint against the driver and pursue this matter further.
Please be acknowledged that I did not need your permission to file a police
complaint, the only reason we did not proceed in that direction is because We were assured by your representatives that this would be resolved & settled.
It's been almost 20 days since this complaint was filed and despite numerous calls to yourselves and the driver your lack of intent & the commitment to resolve
the issue is quite evident.
What further worries me is that OLA hasn't barred the driver responsible for this mishap and he continues to ferry the rides which in my opinion is a threat to public safety.
Furthermore to your knowledge the third party ( whom my car bumped into) has been harassing me for compensation and has been calling me numerous times per day adding to the frustration.
The rear impact has caused injuries to the spine of the passengers.
After a fortnight of hassle and harassment I know the following for a fact:
1. OLA is not responsible for it's drivers so if in future there is crime/accidents committed by one of your drivers you come out clean.
2. You have the worst customer care or support who lack empathy & intent to resolve issues.
3. OLA lacks accountability.
4. OLA lacks credibility.
4. I am no longer a prospective customer and along with me 2 dozen of my relatives who were witness to this accident. Was this information helpful? |
