Ola Cabs — Ola system and drivers are cancelling booking with wrong reason | |||||
I had a future booking and number is CRN[protected]. It was booked on 14-Feb-2016. Today I got the SMS at about 8.15 A.M about booking confirmation and SMS text was "White indica KA36A4500 has been allocated". Then suddenly after 2 mins, I got the SMS saying "OLA Driver could not locate the address" and their system has cancelled the booking. It was quite astonishing that I am quite astonished that their driver did called me to get the address details. Also I am taking ola Cabs in this same address for last one week and no driver had ever any issue in locating this. This is happening quite frequently and OLA systems is cancelling the booking after allocating when drivers are not ready to come. It is also creating lot of issues for customers like us because they are cancelling at the last moment. It looks like they are DIVERTING lot of cabs for OLA SHARE which gives them better profit.
