Ola Cabs — Overcharged for taxi service (double the normal charge)

Double amount charged by Ola taxi from Dadar to Kandivali. Invoice Number: 89455516 CRN Number: 89455516 Call center executive mentioned they cannot do anything about this as it is a premium charge they levy for night hours (2 times the normal night charges) however this was not communicated at the time of booking. This is ridiculous as firstly they don't inform people of charges and then secondly they charge 2 times the actual due amount. I would like to get a refund of the extra amount they charged me.
