Ola Cabs — overcharging by ola in mumbai | |||
On 11/may/2019, i traveled from pune to thane (146 kms) & was charged rs. 1903. Just after reaching thane after an hour or more i booked ola cab for heading to airport (Distance not more than 27 kms). However to my shock i was charged rs. 2931 & subsequently refunded rs 853. Still i have paid rs. 2078. When i spoke with them they said it was prime time & we show the fare before you confirm. I don't think i ever seen the rs. 2000+ figure being shown to me but i think they showed base fare that was applicable. Under normal circumstances for this travel i pay rs 750-800. Being an suv (Ertiga) instead of sedan, an addition of rs. 250-500 can be even accepted. This is clear case of cheating customers as we are so used to that i never expected this Was this information helpful? | |||
