Ola Cabs — Overpricing, poor service, false assurances, no safety. | |||||
Complaint 1 - i was overcharged since on of their drivers waited at a gas station for 30mins to get gas on my meter. I filed a complaint many times. Nothing was done. Booking number - crn[protected]. I was overcharged by atleast 200 since it was cab booked at peak fare which is again ridiculous. Complaint 2 - i booked a car to return home from vashi at around 830pm, i was waiting till 9:15pm, i did not get a cab and 5 of their drivers cancelled bookings. First one said i had to go home. Second one never showed up. I booked another cab but driver said his system is down and he too wants to get home. At the end of the driver, i did not get a cab. Then i get a message from ola cabs that i was charged rs 50 for cancellation? Hello? I never got a cab and had to take a meru. Do you expect women to wait till midnight to get your freaking cab. I filed numerous complaints. I was told that will not be charged that rs 50 cancellation fee. Yesterday i took an ola and they charged me that extra 50rs for not giving me the cab? Its ridiculous. I have worked for customer service too as a manager but we never give such runaround to our customers when its not their fault. You guys need a lot of work on the way your customer's complaints we being handled. Throw all those who handled my requests they obviously dont deserve to be in your company.
