Ola Cabs — Peak pricing charge (2.6x) charged about : 400 for extra on my total fare for 14 km of ride

I have forced to pay pay an amount of Rs: 687.00/- for traveling for 16KM. Ola said that they will charge extra of 2x to 3x which states that they will charge 200% to 300% on total fair according to the booking importance. There should be some limit Max up to 50%. but not 300%
