Ola Cabs — Poor service by the company | |||
Ola cabs... The company has made great strides forward since their establishment... But have they really dwelled upon the complaints of their customers. An incident happened to me twice with ola cabs in the recent past. I would have booked the cab some 4 hours before the ride... But still the driver comes late by 15 minutes or if he thinks he is going to be late he would call upon and request me to cancel the ride and suggests me to book a new ride... But when i check the app. The rates for book now rides would be exorbant 1.7 -2.2 times the normal.. Due to more demand during that peak hours and it becomes even more difficult for me as a customer. Then i decided to call the customer care but even they responded poorly to my problem, there was no compensation of any sort. It is a problem which has to be resolved by the so called cool cabs of our country - ola cabs. Was this information helpful? | |||
