Refund my excess amount due to wrong billing.i.e. Rs.103 Rs.677 = Rs.780/- due to 32 Kms. from Karnataka Legislative Guest House, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore to Bangalore International Airport (without toll parking), please refund my excess amount immediately. otherwise I will complaint Consumer Forum Court.
