Madam / Sir,

Today I booked a cab having reference number CRN[protected] Driver Name Mukesh Kumar car type mini - silver eon. I booked cab & start ridding on the same time, I didn't wait cab, than why wait charge has been changed and also charges taken for ride time which is not mention in your rate chart than why it also taken and also no toll and parking was done than why it has also claim from me, actully that time I was busy So dont argued and paid in cash.

Please clear and resolved my issue
