Ola Cabs — Regarding coupon

Today i had a very bad experience..or i should say my first ride with ola cabs was a bad experience. I had a BOOK100 coupon. I called up a mini cab around 5:00AM and it was showing a cab availabilty. As soon as i entered my coupon, i got a failure message that sorry no cab available. But actually a cab was available but still i got that message.And the next second i booked it without any coupon, the cab was available. The driver also asked before confirming the ride that whether its a cash payment or not. As if he won't come if i would not pay him by cash. Finally i took that cab as i didn't have any other option, but i didn't get any discount for which the company is so proud of .
