Ola Cabs — Rude drivers at jabalpur and no customer support | |||||
Hello, Ola cab service @jabalpur has got serious issues :- (1) cab drivers are very rude. (2) drivers tell customers that they will be half an hour late because they have some work on the way for pick up. (3) drivers call the customers to ask for location after 20 - 30 mins of receiving the pick up request. (4) drivers are very lazy. They will ask the customers the drop location on call before even picking up the customers, and if the drop location is undesirable, they will say they cant come and will cancel the booking saying "customer not picking up the call". (5) when we try to submit a complaint against the drivers, soon after i will get a mail saying "issue resolved". Excuse me??? What happened? How did you resolve it? Did i get an apology? Did i get a confirmation that this will not happen again? Did you give me an assurance that in case this happens, how will you tackle it? Besides, this has happened for most of my booking with ola cabs jabalpur (80% of the bookings) Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked a ola in dindigul district Tamilnadu . They are responding harse while asking when they ll be reach to pick up.very worst response in dindigul.
