Ola Cabs — Safety concerns driver very rude and stubborn and failure in fulfillment of booked and confirmed cab services

Team, In last 3 months have faced severe service issue with OLA cabs, during the 1st ride the driver acted like goons with family member ie he kept female family members stranded on road for 1 hr during night time in name of discrepancy in bill amount. 2nd time driver was rude, unprofessional, abusive and stubborn through the ride and took long route for short distance travel, inspite of advising to follow certain route he never followed the same which resulted in we paying double fare. During the 3rd instance the Taxi never turned up inspite of booking confirmation on App and call from driver leaving my family stranded on road for 40 mins . Inspite of sending email they never respond back nor call us back with resolution. My CRN no for each of the ride :[protected],[protected] and[protected].
