Ola Cabs — Started the trip even before i boarded in the cab and charged me extra | |||||
It was just a distance of 4 kiometers from bellandur to kaikondrahalli bangalore, booked ola cab even though there is a peak hour(Ridiculous) hike of 1.6x. It came 20 mins late that what actually showed in the app. When it reached i saw the trip is already started, i just noted down the time its 10:18. They charged me 164 rupees, i paid. When i checked the invoice it shoews that the trip started at 10:04 pm. Never gonna use it again!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
