Ola Cabs — Taken for a ride - literally | |||
My family members took an ola cab in Kolkata for Howrah Station. The distance, normally, is around 11 kms. However, the driver took advantage of the fact that my family members were not aware of the route and took them in a roundabout way and they ended up traveling 22 kms. Thus where the fare should have been under Rs.200, they ended up paying Rs. 376/-. When they complained, the rogue driver dared them to go make complaint anywhere and asked them to go to ...!!!
