Updated by suyams The following difficulties were observed in my experience with ola cabs.
1. Many customer locations are not available so it takes nearby or far locations accordingly charges comes more
2. Booking is accepted without drop location without showing fare which cause huge charge to the customer
3. Peak hour charges is too high which is highly objectionable. You must have sufficient taxi for service it is your problem but why you charge from the customer. For example the normal fare Rs. 341 for my trip but collected Rs. 1020/- who gave permission to collect such huge money?
4. Invoice bill and Driver device price differs [Rs. 91] in my trip. we could see the invoice after paying to the driver as per his device reading
5. Tariff also high comparing to other taxi providers
6. After booking the drivers doesn't respond properly and they never come to the pickup point so customer has to wait for long time and cancellation also could not able to do in time because of driver delay or response finally customer has to pay fine it is intolerable
7. It is observed that some drivers consumed alcohol so they never respond to the customer
8. The customer grievances were not taken into account properly which indirectly support to the drivers who are improper in their duties
9. I felt very bad experience and mental agony in my trips and collected the payment abnormally as I mentioned in the previous email.
So once again I request you to refund the excess amount Rs 781+50 cancellation charge collected from me [Total Rs 831] without loss of time. Otherwise I will take legal action and give your bad service and cheating the customer with improper app to the press.
