Ola Cabs — Toll/mcd/tax charges | |||||
I had a ride through ola cab on 14th November 2015 from delhi to ghazibad for distance of 45 km . I have charged 791 rupees including Toll. I have been charged toll of 245 from delhi to ghazibad but it should be charges only Rs. 60 .I told about incorrect charges on 16 Feb, 2106 when i was auditing all invoices to ola support team.They are agree with incorrect charges but they are not returning my money as their concern it is old ride more than 30 days so that they will not refund any amount . I am surprised to see that Rs 100 has been charged for Toll/Parking Fees. This was the first time I was charged for parking at Kolkata Airport. It was very unfortunate to pay for parking when I booked the Mini only for Airport Drop !!
