Ola Cabs — Unable to take my free rides

Hi Ola team I am having two free rides even though I cannot claim those free rides. Yesterday night I had booked one ride from madhapur to sr nagar in hyderabad, I have free rides and I have chosen free ride only but it doesn't apply. So finally I paid money to cab driver. Why don't have you people not accepting my free rides.
