I booked an ola today, and i received this message: say ola to your driver gajendra jha ([protected]) for crn[protected]. Wagonr hr-55x6410 to pick you up @ 12:10 pm, 04 may. Please share https://www.olacabs.com/track/76vtkv1oi with friends/family and let them track you. Received at 12:06 pm. Within 4 mins, i received this message: ola! Your cab has arrived on time. Hop on to have an awesome experience with this ride! When actually, he didn't. I called him up and he said he'd be here in 5 mins. I called him up after 5 mins, he asked for 5 more mins. I called him again, he asked for 2 more. I called him again, he said he's right around the corner. I called him again, 'phone not reachable'. Then i got this message: Ola! Sorry, driver canceled your booking crn[protected] after waiting for your pickup longer than max wait time. Please use the app to book again m.Ola.Bz/ticket Unacceptable. You're losing my trust, ola.
