Ola Cabs — Unauthorised debit of olamoney

I booked an Olataxi today (10.05.16) at 05.30pm Ref[protected] Driver Rudresha C Ph [protected]. The application showed that the vehicle had arrived at the pickup point but I could not see it. Meanwhile the application started showing I was travelling and I tried to contact the driver but could not. Later my olamoney account was debited with Rs.98 being the fare for a journey which I did not make. Please arrange for refund of the money.

What the hell u want me to do? u have over charged me with the toll fee which has been paid by me. What is nonsense u r creating? I say I have paid the toll fee. What else u want more?
