1. At 6.27 am i booked a mini cab through the app and i got confirmation that venkateshbabu ([protected]) is on the way in white indica tn22cb7995. I called the driver and gave him directions to reach the pick up point. At 6.45 am i got a message that the cab is one minute away. But just as we saw the cab pulling up in front of the house i got a call from ola control asking whether i cancelled the booking. I responded "no" and i was told that this will be taken up with the driver while an alternative cab will be arranged. Meanwhile the driver was offering to take us on a "private" basis which we refused.
2. At 6.48 am i got a message that i have been upgraded to prime and rajeshkannan ([protected]) is on his way to pick up.
3. At 6.50 am i got another message that vijayakumar ([protected]) was on the way to pick up. When i called the driver he said he has a tyre puncture and he is unable to pick up.
4. At 6.55 i got a message that uganantham ([protected]) is one the way to pick up. When i called the driver he said he is unable to pick up.
5. At 7.05 am i got another message that venkatesan ([protected]) is on the way to pick up. We left using an alternative transport. We got a message that 7.23 am that venkatesan has arrived at the destination - but it was too late.
We cannot wait for one full hour after the agreed time for pick up. There behavior of the drivers and ola control was totally unprofessional and left a very bad impression. Was this information helpful? |
