Ola Cabs — Unethical charging in the name of peak hours and not crediting my 200 rupees discount which was promised by them

CRN98407836.i travelled fr101 km but the charge ws more than wat ws explained to me by their staff.extra 800 Rs has been charged in the name of peak time charges. Moreover my discount fr 200 rs ws also nt considered. Wen asked they said they can adjust the same in my next trip. Why am I gonna opt them next time too after a cheating experience.
