I booked an ola cab today from bangur complex destined for belur(forum pravesh to be precise) and expected to get a comfortqble and easy ride, completely unlike the the treatment i was meted with.
The driver did not know the actual and the preferrential route to the destination.he took me to some very inner lanes to increase the duration and at the last blamed me for it.he started humiliating me as a customer and even blamed the company about the norms.he even warned that the ola company could give unexpected charges-even thrice the expected and was untrustworthy.
