Ola Cabs — Unprofessional behaviour by the driver | |||
Dear sir/madam, I booked a ola share cab yesterday. I had to wait for 15 min and the driver came and i boarded the cab. The driver was asking the drop location and then he simply asked to cancel the booking. I want to know what is the kind of respect ola give to customer's time. That are very keen in making money. That are not bothered about anything. They respect the drivers time by charging a cancellation fee on customer but it is not so when the driver cancels. It is also unfair that the customer care representative also not resolving the issues. They are just asking to do another booking. What should i do when i trust ola for catching a bus or train. Many times we are in stress after booking a ola cab believing that we will reach ontime to the destination. Yesterday i was stressed a lot by the behaviour of the driver.
