With reference to the captioned subject i would like to inform you that my few rides with #OLA were never been fruitful as per my wish, Herewith mentioned below few references codes

2) KRN12935763

I would like to explain in detail the hazel stories that took place recently
1) CRN81117306 : I had book this ride on 8th May (FRIDAY), 2015 @5.00AM & I got an instant confirmation from #OLA with driver details. I tried reaching him from 5.15AM, the driver informed me that he would reach my place within 10mins i, e 5.25AM. Again i tried reaching driver @5.30AM driver says he is having tea and would take 5mins to reach my place. I could not control my anger I repeatedly called driver from 5.35-5.45AM there were no response from him, As I was getting delay to the airport it was difficult to arrange an alternate. However, I was glad that immediately I could find an alternate from other services.
I brought this issue to the customer care immediately. Till now there is no action taken against CRN81117306. I have stressed very much against this wherein I could say mentally disturbed and would like to file in consumer forum pertaining to CRN81117306.
2) KRN12935763: I had booked this ride on 12th May, 2015 (Tuesday) driver says he not closer to my place and he cancelled the drive. I request you to kindly educate/training the auto drivers properly.
3) KRN 13139825 : I had booked this ride on 13th May, 2015 (Wednesday) driver called me and asked me the dropping point and smartly says he is far away from my destination and he himself cancelled the ride without any proper communication. I ended up finding alternate services and reach my destination. I request you again to trainee them to perfection. As I believe “TIME IS MONEY” the pain is extracting too long,
4) KRN13185261: Finally fourth ride in a row, I booked this ride today i.e 14th May, 2015. The driver says he is very far from the location and however I yelled him saying why did you attend my ride? Then apologized and said however I would attend your ride. After few mins driver says his vehicle is in problem and could not attend in time.
Overall the four drives lost trust with #OLA. ONLY PAIN AND NO GAIN
Final conclusion, I demand an proper explanation to my quires raised and action taken immediately or within 24hrs. Failing which I will take an legal opinion and file case in consumer forum and an compensation should be certain.
