Ola Cabs — Using customer money for diesel & not returning back

Driver swipped his atm with wrong pin & asked me to give 300 for diesel, his atm got blocked since he entered wrong pin in his atm. Driver had said that he will be returning the money by today morning, yet i have not got, for security he had given his adharcard to me.
