Ola Cabs — Using Government vehicles as Cabs

Sir, Yesterday, we booked a OLA cab, which we later found to be a government owned vehicle, under Hyderabad water board (HMWSSB). The vehicle was being driven by an employee of HMWSSB, and when asked about how he was driving a govt. vehicle, he responded by saying that he drives it on Saturdays and Sundays as a OLA cab. We also found a large carton of liquor bottles in the trunk when we were putting our luggage. How can people use the Government Property for their private benefits ???
