Dear sir I booked ola cab on 16/08/2016. Osl[protected] a confirmed. Evendriver talked to me and informed that coming to the pick up point. It is surprise to see the message that cancelled that to after 20 minutes. I was waiting on road. Unnecessary wasted my time. Extremely sorry to say that your service is very very bad.
